Information to obtain.
Collect account info, org, meeting audio, transcription, minutes, shared notes, personal notes, operation logs, device and communication info as needed for service.
Usage purpose.
Used for real-time transcription, minutes generation, speaker candidate suggestions, collaboration, personal AI consultations, issue handling, abuse prevention, quality improvement, and contractual communications. Personal notes are not shared unless the user explicitly shares them.
Save/Delete.
Retention period follows organization admin settings and contract terms. Authorized users can request meeting data deletion; users can delete their registered voice feature data. Information required by law or audit may be retained for the required period.
External service
We use subcontracted services for authentication, data storage, speech recognition, summarization, speaker analysis, and delivery. Only necessary info is sent, managed by contracts, access control, and encryption.
