These terms define Live MTG usage by IIWAYO.TECH Inc. Individual contracts take precedence if conflicting.
Consent for recording and video.
Users must comply with laws and internal rules regarding recording and transcription, including notifying participants and obtaining consent. In-app notices do not replace user responsibility for consent.
Prohibited Actions
Recording unauthorized meetings, infringing rights, unauthorized access, service disruption, sharing credentials, and illegal use are prohibited.
AI output
Transcriptions, summaries, speaker candidates, and AI answers may contain errors. Verify original speech and evidence for important decisions, contracts, legal, medical, or financial judgments.
Stop/Change.
Maintenance, issues, security, and other necessary cases may stop or change all or part of the service. Important changes are notified reasonably.
